"The only disappointing part of the experience was that we have not visited sooner! Honestly the best carvery I have ever had!! All the food was really well cooked, it tasted exactly like a good, hearty, homemade dish! There was so many options, and they were the best priced by far. I don't think I will touch a carvery from any other place but here from now on! The staff we lovely, even though they were obviously very busy, they were always attentive and approached with a smile. Looking forward to coming again soon."

Absolute gorgeous meal tonight friendly pub and friendly staff. Usually go on a Sunday for the carvery which is lovely so tried the main menu tonight for the first time and we were more than impressed

Fantastic choice of food on menu and cooked to order! Lovely friendly and clean place with nice atmosphere and great the chef was brill! Defo be going back, kids really enjoyed their free ice cream too!

Probably one of the best sunday carvery I have had. Chef (Tony) is fab! And the food was all hot and homemade **** lovely! And a fab choice too including 3/4 different variety’s of gravy! Will be going again!! Speisekarte ansehen

We came for a meal on June 9th. WOW!! The food was absolutely amazing. Even though we didn't have to wait long for our food, it was fresh, hot and delicious. Can't wait to come back again. Hats off to the Chef!!

The wife and I came back from Chester and we thought we would try the Plough a go and what a good decision it was, we both had the rump steak with all the trimmings, it was beautifully cooked the chips were crisp and soft and fluffy in the middle and to top it all the very friendly Chef give us a free dessert, we will be back with the rest of the family, Thank you very much all the Staff at the Plough Inn.
