"We had heard great things about Poverina so we decided to give it a try, and we were not disappointed. It is a nice, quiet pub with no loud music or rowdy customers, just people enjoying their food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and cheerful, and the food was excellent with great prices, which can be hard to come by nowadays. We brought my mom along, who is a tough food critic, and she ordered the fish and chips. She loved it but couldn't finish it all because the portion was so generous. We tried the burgers, which were delicious, and the service was quick. The desserts were the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, it was a fantastic pub with good food and friendly staff. We definitely plan on returning."

Stopped off whilst visiting family..food was lush,drinks were cheap (which pleased the hubby) found staff welcoming and very friendly,was quite tempted to pinch them and bring them home ..would definitely recommend popping in if in the area..thank you for your hospitality xx
