"I was not sure to eat here because I previously visited the Romford industry, where eating was less than average and the service was terrible and it was not even busy. I am very pleased that we have received excellent service from the minute we went. it was pretty busy, but nothing was too much for our waitress lumi. the food was excellent, delicious, fresh and hot. lumi was very helpful and knowledgeable when asked for items in the menu that made my decision much easier. I especially enjoyed the passion fruitini cocktail at the end of our meal. we would definitely recommend this zizzi and will return very soon. keep the good workers up."

"Really good service, I have to say. Prices also reasonable. But I’ve never had a chicken doner wrap at a place that has no pickles. The flavour was just imbalanced. I asked for pickles but they said they don’t have any at all. Not that they had run out, they just don’t serve them. Very strange. And this did impact my enjoyment of the meal."

This is without doubt one of the best Thai restaurants that me and my partner have eaten in in England. "I booked online and in the requests section I explained I was in a wheelchair, I needed the toilet to be told they were upstairs. I am unable to use the stairs. I couldn’t have been more upset. There was no disabled toilet. Although they knew I was in a wheelchair I would have expected a call to tell me this. I would not have booked. The man I spoke with, I think he was the manager was very apologetic and agreed someone should have rang, he was very helpful and kind about the situation. The food was average: I had mussels to start. And steak medallions for main. There were lots of mussels and they were ok. Maybe too much lemon! The medallions weren’t medallions, but flat pieces of what can only be described as cheap steak, it wasn’t particularly tasty. But for what you pay for a lunch menu, it was acceptable"

"The restaurant has undergone some changes, and I'm not even sure if you can dine in now. The menu has been revamped and is quite simple. Unfortunately, the food is not as good as it used to be - bland and lacking in flavor. The pasta no longer seems to be made in-house, and the pizza is no longer cooked in the stone oven, resulting in a dry texture. I was very disappointed as I used to love this place.
