"the railway inn is the best pub in the world. As george orwell wrote the moon under water over his fictional ideal pub, he was obviously not in the railway inn or he had just gone for a pint there and not loaded with the dense. this is the first Google review I have ever written and I am glad it is for such a brilliant place. it is clear that many thoughts have gone into every aspekt des pubs and I cannot fail at any level. 1. The beers are delicious. 2. all staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. nothing is too much annoying. 3. very reasonable prices. 4. eating is great, we were a group of 11 who showed up without booking. we said they were slightly understaffed, so there might be a waiting time, but we had our food within 20 minutes. 5. the outside seating area has a large number of covered and exposed options. 6. the tvs were strategically placed, there are also darts and an excellently maintained pool table. 7. I was also asked by the ladies in our party to emphasize how clean the place is. Apparently ladies can be a bit a gaguntlet, but the inn railway are immaculate and well equipped. we are in yorkshire for a week in vacation and have been since the arrival every day. my girlfriend will make sure that I could buy a home in cononley to just have the railway inn as my native."

great evening meal. armed and left with the train. the staff could not do enough for you. nice and warm with the log burners. will certainly visit another.

Very friendly and welcoming pub. We stay at the riverside campsite every year and always go in for a few drinks with the kids too and they are very child friendly as they provide toys and books for children.

one of the best local around, tastefully renovated during the lockdown. now a pulsating pub with great value for money! Eat served Thursdays to Sundays also well. large beer garden also, staff and rental very pleasant. pub and beer garden always clean, also dog friendly. the hotel is 20 metres from the train station.

what a luck finding came over this beautiful place during a walk from the skipton along the canal. we had a few nice delicious coffees and a bowl of chips to keep us on running. great value for money and nice courteous employees. the whole place was fresh as if it had been refurbished, fresh clean toilets, tvs in the bar and great sitting area outdoors.
