"What an absolute gem to find on our stay in Ingleton. The food is absolutely amazing, packed with fresh flavour. I am coeliac so need to eat gluten free and my order was checked with the kitchen as it was off the specials board to ensure it was ok. I had monkfish in a tomato sauce with a choice of three types of gf pasta. My husband had the chorizo and chicken penne off the specials board and he declared it delicious. The sweets are gorgeous, not your usual bought in rubbish. Allergens are shown on the main menu. We live an hours drive away and would happily drive through to eat here again. Booking is advised as its only small inside and with food this good it will be very sought after. The service from arriving to leaving was first class, friendly and helpful. As a coeliac I often feel like staff feel you are a nuisance but not here, I felt very safe and well looked after. Thank you."

"The café is lovely, with attentive staff. We originally just stopped in for coffee, but ended up chatting with other diners and also ended up getting a toasted teacake. There was plenty of choice on the specials board. Since it was our first visit, we didn't see the board until after we had already ordered, but we will definitely be returning."

"very friendly staff. cleaning every table and menus. had the saw the sweet soup that was nice, but they only get half a bun. has noticed when someone asked about a koks and observed that the staff fill the glass from one of these two liter bottles. quite a sign up when the koks at £1.95 nice to see that the pot of the tees is a good size and not one of these small one cup jobs."
