only because no stars are no option. the pub itself is pleasant, spacious and well furnished, with a good beer and wine choice on Saturday night.

good pub-grub, and good selection of beer, ales, lagurs etc. typical chef and brewery pub, beautiful atmosphere, soft music and cozy with the open.

great lunch in a very nice environment. jill had a seabass risotto that they really enjoyed, then we had a drink in the beautiful beer garden. it will be.

I went to this restaurant last night and had a three-course meal from the set menu. It was absolutely delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were also fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

We had four roast dinners and they were superb. The meat was really thick and plentiful, big fluffy Yorkshire puddings, rosemary roast potatoes, honeyed carrots. I’d recommend asking for extra gravy for the table

My family visited this restaurant before Christmas and had a lovely experience with delicious food and excellent service. We enjoyed chatting and laughing together, although we did not realize that it took a while for our food and drinks orders to arrive. We have always had great meals at the Rising Sun and will definitely be returning in the new year.

fantastic christmas the day was perfect, could not ask for more friendly staff as usual and great eating, there was a slight delay I expected as it was Christmas day and the restaurant was full and other parties arrived late, which caused a slight delay. I am a little surprised to read some of the other reviews about this place and not get me wrong, sometimes the things are missing from the dressed and there is a long wait for eat, but the personal corrects this immediately and do everything they can keep the good work youngs and see them in 2018

carefully, complain about “Rudeness” to read? I go to the house with my workers on Friday and I am always treated to a hearty reception. we even chose to take our new Spanish chef who was never pub in an English where she could eat. martin clicked on it and served it personally (in her own language! and served me what looked like amazing fish and chips. everyone I see with food says it's ass, it's safe. our young have burgers and things that are good. some crisp beers too. I live 50 miles away and could go back first, but it's always the first thing all people ask me on Friday when we all go to the rising sun! it's always disappointing if we can't out what reason! can't mistake it yourself
