Terrible service and overpriced food. Breakfast buffet is vastly lacking in options. Waited 40 mins for an omelette- cancelled it and left.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. Lina and team treated us like absolute royalty and the food was divine. Nothing was too much trouble and the atmosphere was wonderful. We’ll be back! Speisekarte ansehen

My daughter and I celebrated New Year’s Day tea at the Rosebery. The service and ambience were on point. The savory sandwiches and scones with clotted cream were delicious. I would recommend this tea for a special occasion when in London.

Lovely welcome but the service was not very attentive during the sitting. We had to ask for top-ups of the tea on several occasions. The table was in the middle of the walkway on some bouncy floorboards so felt like having tea on a boat. Not quite sure it was worth the min per person

they were really nice workers who were really helpful. I had the vegan tee and was one of the best I had. I can not recommend the apricot-white enough, had several portions. the picture was one of the best. they had many interesting drinks options, actually did the wine pairing that was good. A special treat for a friend expecting her first child. Tom, our waiter was exemplary in his care and attention to detailing the delights on offer for our Winter Afternoon Tea in The Rosebery. Our 'special needs ' were met above our expectations and made the experience an absolute delight. My friend and 'bump ' throughly enjoyed the afternoon and was surprised and delighted with her special pastry made for the occasion saying 'Congratulations '.

the personal and ambiente in the rosebery were excellent. it was a fantastic opportunity to spend a rainy afternoon in the interior safely! I can't recommend this place enough. my man and I chose the wine pairing with the afternoon tea and it was lovely. the entire personal explained every article with great precision and knowledge. each detail has been taken into account and estimated. next time we go back, we will try the infamous queue pairing!

have after an alternative treatment to a short holiday, this was it, eating was nice, the ambiente was perfect, I loved that the room could keep the traditional tea room variety, without "high ending" distracting from the coworkers professional persona is excellent and I enjoyed the total experience. only constructive critique I have is that the table was low with limited space mine was a touch exposed, but then I want to get out of the way to be low and stand out means that it is hard that the waiter does not storm anything about them Speisekarte ansehen
