We made a booking for the 27th December and turned up and waited by the desk. We waited ten minutes and nobody came so we left and went elsewhere.

Made the booking online but they hadn't received my booking so had to sit on a cramped table with young children which wasn't easy. The staff suggested the booking system was unreliable, so why continue to use it? Disappointing.

Took my mother, sister and baby daughter out for Sunday lunch. Staff were fantastic: helpful, attentive and made no fuss about the mess my daughter made for them to clean up. We had Sunday roasts, which on the whole were good, but the meat (lamb) was a little dry and overdone. The rest of the food was very good.
