Highly recommend this pub , staff were very friendly and attentive , outstanding fish and chips worth every penny !

During our stay in Budleigh Salterton, we visited this pub three times. The beers are great, food fabulous and hosts friendly.

we had both roasted and the bark was fantastic, overall very tasty. the pub was updated and kayleigh and the team are super friendly. we're coming back.

gorgeous pub and well worth the visit, Came here for a quick meal with my friends and now we go all the time!! the food is amazing and the service is outstanding. Definitely one of my favourite places to go.

Popped in for a quick drink and ended up staying a couple hours as the pub was honestly so welcoming and lovely. The staff were all smiling the service my friends are I revived was great! Will definitely be back!!

Nice pub serving good food all day in the middle of town. Friendly staff, good selection of drinks and varied, reasonably priced menu. Steak and Ale pie with mash was lovely and the oak smoked salmon was delicious!

Ordered a takeaway burger and chips. Very fast service, lovely polite and helpful staff. Ready on time and definitely value for money. Huge burger in bun which was so tasty with all the trimmings and lovely fries. Strong packaging and still hot after I walked home. Thank you

Called at the Salterton Arms for lunch today after walking from Otterton mill to Budleigh never been before although we have been to Budleigh often for the last 10 years as we live in Seaton we both had Lasagna and salad with a dressing and garlic bread and had a portion of House chips everything was delicious the staff were very friendly and the pub was lovely and clean we will definitely be visiting again when we are in the area. Just a bit of constructive criticism you need to put your menu in the window to attract more custom. Thank you.

We reserved a table for Sunday lunch online and even though we were early our table was ready. We ordered drinks at the bar and it was put on a tab for us. We placed our food order, 1 starter and 2 roasts and they were lovely. Served piping hot and plenty of veg which comes out separate. Roast consisted of 3 potatoes, parsnip, Yorkshire pudding, carrots, sugar snap peas, cabbage and swede plus we ordered some cauliflower cheese. Staff were great, really friendly and attentive! Their evening meals are great too! Absolutely worth a visit and eve dog friendly with dog biscuits on the bar too!
