"Has Italian I'm very sceptical to go to a Italian restaurant in the UK, but since I have tried ciao eatalia I can say this place food and atmosphere is like being in Italy, plus not many Italian restaurants authentic left in the UK . "Had Afternoon Tea here with a friend. Plenty of parking at back, thro a very narrow entrance to the right of the front door as you look at hotel. Table all ready when we arrived, warm and welcoming staff. Room well set out eith plenty of space between tables. Choice of tea and free top ups always good with an afternoon tea. Great choice of sandwiches, with homemade coronation chicken as a filling, for a nice change a sausage roll as well. Warm scones, cream jam. And gorgeous cakes. The right amount of food, all fresh made at hotel. Staff friendly and no feeling of being rushed ,invited to take our time and offers of top up for tea pots. Definitely well worth the visit and will be returning again soon. Thankyou for making it a lovely afternoon."

"This pub caters for all. Mornings start with a real gutsy breakfast. Mid day brings a lunch time menu of home cooked favourites at astonishingly good prices and the choice of minimum 5 real ales which change day to day. Afternoon then clears the tables and the pub becomes a real ale drinkers paradise, with excellent wines for those of that persuasion. Tea time and the five o'clock club is busy and full of characters. The pub is busy then in the evenings. Live music occasionally. Meat draw on a Sunday at 4.00pm. Dogs and ramblers welcome. The landlady is credit to the licensed trade trying to deliver good quality at reasonable price, all with a smile. Well done Jill and Holly. "I went to celebrate my best friend 's birthday (the pub having been recommended by her sister). Parking was easy, with the car park immediately in front of the pub. The interior was warm and cosy, with a fire burning. Two real ales were on Rebellion IPA and Timothy Taylor Landlord. Both were in good condition. The others in the party found wine and spirits which suited their personal tastes. I had already looked at the dinner menu on line, but be prepared for a large board of specials (from which many of us ordered). Service was excellent the two people looking after us were attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. As for the food WOW! Their chef and his/her team delivered well presented food, which was delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The pub is dog friendly and has a resident, well mannered, canine. This pub has a Trip Advisor Travellers Choice Winner award for 2023. This convinced me to go there let it do the same for you. You will not be disappointed!"

"Nine of us had dinner on a Thursday evening at this restaurant. We were greeted by Ethan, who was friendly and helpful. The dining area was clean and a large table was set up for us. Despite having some picky eaters in our group, the staff were accommodating and willing to meet our requests. The food was fresh and delicious, with generous portion sizes. I particularly enjoyed my spaghetti and meatball dish. The spinach and ricotta cannelloni was also outstanding. The "big boys" in our group loved their burgers and fries, which were satisfyingly large. We celebrated a birthday and Ethan kindly brought out the cake we had provided, complete with candles for the birthday boy. Other diners even joined in singing Happy Birthday. Overall, it was a wonderful birthday meal that didn't break the bank."
