Friendly staff, very reasonable food prices,interesting history of titanic, will return again.

Very clean and friendly great food unfortunately not everyday but legendary Sunday roast booking advisable. Try the steak night fantastic value

Great place to drop in. A great Sunday lunch with tonnes of veggies to share. Helpful and friendly staff. Watch out for the gorilla in the garden!

Have frequented the Star many times over the years, but last week we visited for their steak night and it didn't disappoint lovely cut of steak and a good wobbly panna cotta Speisekarte ansehen

Super friendly staff, lovely old fashioned proper pub building and really reasonable prices too. Nice to have a tasty meal and a drink without breaking the bank. We will be back

Yeah Sunday parking was a little hard there was something on in the church.apart from that ok.there was 9 of us . couldn't fault the service or food.all fresh veg. Need to book.it was full in other parts of the pub.

Great little tavern at the end of a side road off the High Street in idyllic Wotton under Edge. Traditional and a little bit quirky with it's huge Gorilla statue in the corner of the lovely courtyard garden area that must surely have been surplus to requirements at Longleat Safari Park? Good food at very reasonable prices and great selection of beers, ales and ciders. Highly recommend taking a 2-3 hour walk along the Cotswold Way up to the Tyndale Monument at North Nibley, the views are stunning. Then returning to Wotton for a pint and a bite to eat at this charming pub. Speisekarte ansehen
