"I came here yesterday at night and I loved the experience. The walls were red and there were LED red lights on the ceiling all around the edge and there were candle shaped lights 4 corners of the ceiling and there were 4-5 of them in the middle which looked really nice and matched everything . On the wall there was a big image of The Taj Mahal, which reminds you of it and seems as if it’s next to you in the background.The seating of the the place was perfect . Everyone who was there were having a good time and enjoyed the food.I really liked the food, it was delicious, the naan bread had the real taste of garlic, kebabs, chicken tikka and the lamb chops were very tasty and delicious , had lots of flavour.The service was fantastic as soon as I stepped in the restaurant I was greeted and the waiter took me to the table and took the order, which came in less than 20 mins. Staff was very nice and polite. When they came with the food to put on the table they set the table so it looks nice.The food was steaming, freshly made.I would definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends and family.The looks of the place 10/10, the presentation of the food 10/10, the taste of the food 10/10, the experience was fantastic would definitely come again.Some photos of the experience:"

Food was fantastic. Madras was hot. I rang to book and they told me no need but when I arrived I had to wait 10 minutes for a table. Only downside is they don't have a bar but you can take your own.

Amazing food and service. Everything was perfect. Brilliant presentation and the flavours were extraordinary. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant enough. By far my new favourite Indian cuisine. Luxury food at an affordable price!

Really pleased with our last minute drop in to dine at this restaurant. Staff were accomodating and the food was on point. We ordered the mixed grill, poppadoms, meat bhuna, chapatis and meat biryani. Everything was delicious and we all throughly enjoyed it! Defo would recommend!

Hidden jewel! Great food! Both absolutely filled to less than £30! Not many will bring you bottled places in these days and they will not even load corkage. Beautiful Indian restaurant!! came here with my family and we all enjoyed it! We are Indian so it was nice to find an Indian restaurant for a night of our vacation. The food was perfect and delicious. The staff was nice and the service was very fast and exceptional. 100% recommended!! X

Perfect place for family. Lovely food with lovely staff. Welcomed us politely and sat us down. Took our order with well mannered communication. Any issue they would solve it promptly as well as safe place for babies. I would like to say big thank you to the chef and the staff. Food was excellent and completely fresh unlike other takeaways/restaurants. Everything was made on the go and fast.

I have my family here again and the food is excellent with great portions for all is us, service was fast, though very busy and the taste was excellent. You have new employees since I was here and they were great, constantly asking if I had everything I need, how we had kids with us. I’ve been coming to this place for months now since I’ve moved local and it’s absolutely outstanding. The staff super friendly and the Curry’s are mouth watering! Regard to the previous reviews I don’t believe this is true as the restaurant has always been busy when I arrive, I normally have late meals so I go around 9:30pm 10:30pm, I’ve not had a single person come up to me about they stop serving, so I think someone is trying to ruin this family run business!! Matter of fact I came in for a meal I think it was 10:50pm and a tall waiter came over to me and warm welcomed me I did insist to the waiter I’ll be in and out, he responded with take your time we’re not in a rush. So beautiful food...

Summer school holoday break After searching around Blackpool Pleasure Beach for some fine dining , we accidentally landed at Taj Mahal Indian Restaurant and we cant regret !!!The food was excellent &Shayam's service was par excellence .He made sure that our food was prepared on time and he chatted our boys throughout .The other lady was always checking on us of we needed anything . The place is clean and table set up very immaculate .The whole environment is very clean including the toilet!!! The food was served hot and fresh ,the nan bread was soft and succulent !!Please try them wen u visit Blackpool.The pricing is very very reasonable .The dessert are nice and of good size as well .Welldo...
