on Saturday for lunch and sitting outside. it was very busy, but well spaced so that our exciting dog had space to stay calm. water dishes were provided. serving the young girl was polite, friendly and fast. we had excellent fried, delicious fish and chips, worth the money. we also bought some tablet to take home and it was yam, soft and melt in mouth; the best I had. would definitely return.

Spoke to a couple of really nice waitresses and sat down outside, mistakenly thought the parasol was adjustable at the table (it had big letters on it saying up and down with arrows so an easy error to make) and so we tried to lower it to get better shelter from the rain, only for a different member of staff to storm out yelling at us that we were going to break it. She could have simply explained that it was not meant to be adjusted but she was really rude and hostile- we were so uncomfortable we decided to leave without buying anything. Speisekarte ansehen

We had just moved to Stonehaven and soon discovered this old style diner. A picture of Benedict Cumberbatch caught our eye as we went in. Just one of the many celebrities who have also discovered this seafront gem. We were seated quickly by the friendly staff and we soon had the full English breakfast I’d been craving while in the US. We went back a few more times during our few weeks visit and the experience was equally great. I particularly appreciated the pouring cream I’d asked for my coffee. The only minor nit is having to request marmalade for my toast. We love this place and can’t wait to get back.

I've never been there. the personal was beautiful and the atmosphere is great. everything I wanted was provided and the quality of eating was amazing. I had eggs and chips and was allowed to add drilling. the eggs were perfect, the egg yolk on both. the toast I ordered was slightly roasted, just as I like and was great with the meal. I had sticky toffee pudding apple with ice cream. the two parts were enough to give a good part without being too much. it was definitiw homemade and everything was better for it. even if they only want a little bit, they might have a tee and a sense or other such things. this is a caffe that I feel has restaurant quality of eating and service. worth a visit.

Be careful you do not get a thick fried chip in your coffee! My brother didn’t like to complain that his coffee tasted a bit off. However having chocked on greasy chip while drinking his latte, it was clear a complaint would have to be made. Yes staff were full of apologies but there was no offer of the latte being free. I had to tell them I was not paying for the latte before it was agreed. It was their mistake, not mine. Then some older staff member got involved and the reason I’m writing this review why she felt she needed to get involved is beyond me … She made cheeky comments about me writing a review and that it was just a “mistake” Again, your mistake, not mine!
