"Came in for lunch, looked at the menu as given to us and not informed that numerous things were missing. When ordering we was told there was no lobster for the prawn and lobster cocktail but we still ordered it. I ordered the Henry burger that is a 25.00 burger so you expect something decent. The burgers were dry and over cooked, short rib burgers should be bubbling with juices but no,chicken was dryish and chewy, no gammon and the fried egg was way overcooked. I get that it's a big feat making something like this but everything tasted precooked and thrown on the grill to bring up to a higher temperature. Items were definitely left in a merry chef or some kind of hot hold. I personally would not recommend this burger but the others look quite nice and a bit easier to make. I wasn't going to quibble as it is what it is and the staff seemed sufficient for the job. Very hit and miss here as my brother in law had a great meal last week but as an ex chef maybe my standards are a little bit higher... Who knows !"

"What an AMAZING experience! This is a GEM! Not only was the pub great, the staff, service and the food was really good! This pub has many little areas to settle in and enjoy time with friends and family! There is the bar area, the main restaurant, a covered outdoor seating area and there is the Barn! "Two friends and myself visited Fratelli's last week It was absolutely lovely. We were all pleased with our meals. Spaghetti Carbonara is a particular favourite of mine, and it didn't disappoint! In fact I would say it was one of the best I've ever had. The food was served in good time, was all really tasty, and the restaurant was lovely. "Ordered around 5 times from here now for pickup, I choose to add salt and vinegar on both fish and chips, I even add a comment each time for salt and vinegar to please be added, yet everytime we are served completely bland food with not even 1 spec of salt and a drop of vinegar given. Salt and vinegar is part and parcel of fish and chips, yet for some reason times must be that difficult for this business that they can’t even supply a small amount, for this small yet simple thing they refuse to do is the reason we will never be going back to this place and will happily go elsewhere."

"It was OK and the bill was offset by the Meerkat offer so it was reasonable value. I did enjoy the meal in parts, but the quality was nowhere near what we'd been used from previous visits (it has been a while... . Not sure I'd have been happy to spend more than £60 on what we got. My burrito was like cardboard around the edges and my other half's duck stir-fry was a bit sloppy and slimy. I'm not sure if there's some cost-cutting going on (store closures have been reported or what it is, but it's been going downhill since Tesco sold it. There were 5 or 6 items on the menu that weren't available, and I'm not sure a seemingly reheated burrito is going to drag me back any time soon... Shame, as the food used to be fresh and vibrant with interesting flavours. Can't see it surviving the way it's going."
