The Westbury - Speisekarte

Attended a friends 40th birthday here. They allowed the entire pub space to be hired for the event. Good service, good food, good pub. Enough said

The best vegetarian Sunday lunch I can remember. Everything perfect especially the spinach wellington. Nice staff and reasonable prices for food and drink. The meat eaters were very happy too.

Very overcooked meat, roast potatoes not very nice as they were clearly reheated. Cauliflower cheese was below average and did not arrive on the plate had to pay around £6 £7 for a blowtorched bowl. Really not good enpugh for the £70 charge with wine. Speisekarte ansehen

We were in north London on a short business delivery. Called in at the Westbury, and wished we could have stayed longer. A really relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Obviously popular with a young local clientelle, lots of young couples. We will definitely call back, just to drop in here and we are the opposite side of London !

The modernisation of The Westbury Pub a few years back is one of the best things that's happened to this neighbourhood (I know, I grew up around there). The pub has a lovely, cosy, neighbourhood feel to it; a great selection of beers/lagers and very decent food. A special mention needs to be made for the Manager, Visar, who goes out of his way to make people feel welcome and sets the whole tone for the friendly/excellent service the staff consisently provide. It's a real pleasure to visit!

Our group went in for a few drinks, Saturday 7pm. At one end of the bar two little boys were smashing the piano keys for all their worth as the dads looked on. At the far end another group of small kids were running around fighting and screaming as the parents smiled proudly and took pictures. Never heard such a racket in any pub. The staff were oblivious to it all. Saturday night in the pub is not the place for kids they get bored. We quickly drank up and left to find somewhere more peaceful. Speisekarte ansehen

My partner and I regularly try different burgers around London and have done so for a few years. The chicken burger was one of the best I’ve ever had it’s HUGE, good quality chicken, coleslaw was lovely, triple cooked chips are big and have had love put into them. The breast was crunchy as well as phenomenal value, especially compared to London prices. The service was fast, caring and the atmosphere was friendly and warm. Wholeheartedly recommend. There are no pictures because there was nothing left to show you….

Me and my daughter have been wanting to try the Sunday roast at this pub since last year and finally got around to doing that today! We were certainly not disappointed...she had the lamb and I went for chicken. Both were huge portions with just the right amount of potatoes (which were so yummy) and veg which was cooked just right. This was all topped off with a massive Yorkshire pudding on top and a generous amount of gravy. Big compliments to the chef. We will definitely be returning soon for our next roast dinner.

Found this place on Tripadvisor as were pretty close by. I had the triple meat roast and my wife had beef. The other two family members who were with us had pork. All of the mentioned roasts came with a huge Yorkshire pudding and we had some crackling in a separate bowl for us all to share. We sat in the terrace outside which is a great sun trap that has an awning that retracts or comes out on request. The beer selection is huge with some great small brewery IPA’s and real ales. We were all very pleased with our food, the service was prompt and all staff very friendly and welcoming. We all agreed that we would be more than happy to return in the future. Speisekarte ansehen
