Beautiful curry last night so tasty.. can't believe I had poppadoms, chutney tray, onion bhaji, pakoras, King prawn madras, pilau rice and the biggest naan bread iv ever seen for £10.. def coming back again xx

I have eaten here on several occasions and the food is always good. A proper local pub with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Dog friendly and fantastic fish and chips on a Friday. It is popular so be sure to book if you intend to have a meal.

We stopped in for a drink on our way back to our vacation rental. The atmosphere was really friendly and we felt very welcome and included by the nice group of locals in the bar. The selection of well-kept ales was good. Overall, a very pleasant place.

I went to a Christmas carvery for Sunday lunch in mid-December. The food was amazing with a wide variety of options, and they were able to accommodate my vegetarian daughter (but you need to pre-book this). The staff were super friendly, and overall it was a fabulous experience. It's a bit out of the way, but definitely worth the visit.

Jane and her helpers did my Mum 's wake today and it was fantastic. There was so much food! You must have been up all night preparing everything, Jane. I know you were worried about catering for 60 or so people but you did a tremendous job. Thank you just seems so inadequate but I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know Mum would 've loved the send off!!!! Thanks again Jane, Dave, Jennifer, Joseph and Thomas xx

I popped in for a cold beer but as I was driving decided to have a non alcoholic beer mixed with half a normal beer as I don’t like shandy with lemonade! £6.50 but the normal beer I got for a friend was £4! I said what’s going on, reply I got was £4.50 for small bottle of becks blue, I challenged this as I often drink this and it’s normally £2 approx! Barman said that’s what we charge, I didn’t want to cause a scene so paid, as I’m local and looking forward r a pub to use was very disappointed! I’ll never drink in there again, hope they are happy!

We went in a large group for Sunday carvery at this restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. We usually visit once a year for a big family gathering with over 15 people, and we always have a great time and receive a warm welcome. The food is always fresh and hot, and there is a fantastic play area outside for our children. The premises are clean and the music is just the right volume. They have a great selection of beers and spirits. We can't fault this restaurant, especially considering it's in a small country. We can't wait for our next visit.
