The food was below average .not worth the cost .chips awful.wouldn't recommend to a friend .

Great food and great service received. Very clean and lovely inside and out! Best pub in the area.

The dining experience was lovely, accompanied by excellent service. We had initially hoped to start with the scallops, but unfortunately, they were sold out by the time we were ready to order. We will definitely be back!

This restaurant offers excellent food and a wide variety of gluten-free options. The staff is friendly, and even during busy times, they maintain a calm atmosphere and don't make you feel rushed. They also have a fantastic selection of gin and cocktails.

This is our third visit to The White Mare and we have had excellent service every time. The meals are delicious and a range of prices. One of the few places we revisit keep it up! The customer service plus good food is a great combination and not easy to find! Speisekarte ansehen

good eating in a pleasant environment. the menu had changed since I last visited a few months ago, which was a pleasant surprise as it is nice to have another choice. it is not only pub grub, but a menu with different and unusual choices, supported by excellent service.

We were staying at the White Mare with friends, and booked a table. The food was excellent, we all agreed it was the best we had eaten in a very long time, so much so we are there both nights of our stay! Staff were friendly and attentive, lovely atmosphere and surroundings. Couldn't fault anything and would highly recommend!

Booked very easily on line. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The dining area is light and spacious and the bar area nicely laid out and accessible. Very good choice of original starter dishes, ours arrived in good time and were fabulous. The choice of mains was just as good, obviously freshly cooked and again served in good time without being rushed. Can't comment on the sweets as we were too full to try those as well!!
