Best carvery in the area. Brilliant portion sizes (go large for £2! Potatoes and parsnips Incredible gravy and everything is plentiful and so, so fresh. Keep doing what you're doing Thorn. That was a spanking roast!

Lovely little village pub with friendly staff and good atmosphere. Has a great outdoor area with a play park. As well as the goats there is a small sheep who thinks he is one too! Will definitely go back to see some music.

Recently visited this pub on Sunday for Mother’s Day, we had a roast and it was absolutely fantastic! Staff are very friendly, atmosphere is good, food is superb and reasonable. Been going for years and it never disappoints.

Fantastic Sunday afternoon spent in The White Thorn pub, the atmosphere is warm, friendly and relaxing, the food was lush and the with the added bonus of late afternoon/early evening music we will definitely be visiting again!

Just enjoyed our first Sunday lunch at the White Thorn.... lovely food and atmosphere.... just a pity I had to share my chocolate pudding with the kids... even after their free ice cream! We'll be back Michael and Liv. Lovely to see you both and doing such a great job with the place. Xx
