Loud pop music from a nearby party and boisterous chatter from an adjacent table disrupted the atmosphere. On a positive note, the aesthetics of the main hall were festive and attractive, which was a nice contrast to the distracting noise."

Cocktail tea with a visitor from the usa. we both enjoyed it. the service was very good (from a dame with long hair, no glasses). atmosphere was good, it was quiet enough for talks. it was a beautiful experience.

Afternoon tea: Frozen Jam and clotted cream needed replacement. Lobster linguine also ordered but was tasteless. Service needed repeated prompting and chasing. Quite expensive for a substandard product. Room however is lovely with low sound levels.
