Absolutely amazing pub, beer and food spot. Went for quiz Thursday night and staff unbelievably attentive and plesent. The gammon was best I have ever had, all enjoyed the food and atmosphere and will definitely return.

The place itself is nice, the food is amazing both in diversity and taste though portion size could be better. I have never heard a bad word about it would highly recommend the whole experience. They hold a great quiz too.

destined to meet friends for a pub lunch, and it could not have been perfect! great eating (I had the steak burger and chips; the homemade coleslaw was a nice note, and the humble chips perfectly fried,) friendly staff and a really warm, welcoming environment.

had a delightful Sunday roast dinner with a good pint of hobgoblin. we were a little disappointed that the reduced choice on Sunday menu was shown differently than those outside the pubs (or on facebook) because it made it difficult for one of our parties due to their nutritional requirements.

Gorgeous Sunday lunch made properly, generous portions too. Lovely service and delicious beer. This is a great traditional pub which I would highly recommend. unbelievable. we have booked by phone for a dog friendly, child-friendly and draw-friendly table. no problem. the service was great, perfect, and when my 5 months old grand was a bit melted, they helped me get him into his stroller. I had to dress up my pint of morreti, but when the rest of the party went, my pint was in a withdrawal cup. they could not have been nicer, more done to make the experience better.

We’ve been to the Woolpack 10+ times now over the last year and we have finally decided it’s our favourite place to eat and drink in Beverley. It’s an all rounder, they seem to hit the nail on the head with the food pricing staffing. It’s also clean, well maintained and the atmosphere feel of the place can’t be beaten. Well done to the owners and especially the team, we have worked in hospitality ourselves for over 15 years between us and we are always impressed with The Woolpack. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

we came to visit beverley and came over this pub! dog-friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful, the people are so friendly and nothing was too much annoyed. a man has cut us through at both locations (not regret his name) was very friendly, chatting. eating was amazing, not eating the normal mülleimer, right country pub and the meat of a local metzger and organic branch!
