"Something has changed, you can feel it in everything. Compared to just 2 years ago, key figures in the restaurant are missing, such as the man who welcomed you when you entered, recommended the wines, made you smile with a joke. Only one person in the kitchen, no longer two, the room (small as it is) empty. Ok, it's about the food, and here too we no longer find the uniqueness of that MI, like the classic, they don't fill you up but above all they don't make you perceive anything more than other burgers. Almost raw potatoes, there's a reason we left them. We don't know what, but it's not the lab of the early days, and it doesn't make us want to return. Three stars of encouragement (when previously there were five deserved ones), but we really need a return to the past, or we won't see great futures."

A unique experience. The place is clean and tidy. Small, with few seats. I would say intimate. I got the burger that has Milan inside and it was exceptional. Succulent meat, excellent fried rice, original lime mayonnaise. The accompanying potatoes are also excellent. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail.
