It's not easy to find, it's worth a detour. very good reception, the sandwiches (maki formula) are original, the one to the "pastrami of honey mustard beef" is succulent. Apricot/pistache pie is a real delight. Not a lot of seating.

Our AIrB&B was great - being across the street from Thierry Marx made mornings heavenly ! The best coffee , bread , salads , Croissant Chocolat ever ! Can't say enough , and although I don't speak French , they were kind . Some staff spoke English . Amazing place !

When marx opens a bakery, we want to go for a ride, see. We've seen, are Marxian aphorisms on the walls indispensable? I'm not convinced. A classic-traditional ham-beurre, well but it's not out of the norm. The maki-style sandwiches are much better, but the higher prices, around €7. The lemon pie is quite common. Stop a place I wanted to test. The street is a little excentre thanks the mobile app to find it. The place is nice and the deco and the staff too.Thierry marx is a chef that I like well that looks human and just.For me I took: a juice of grapefruit good fresh a breadmaki chelsea : bacon tomato cheddar roman, good but it's like a croque man rolls a very vanilla flan : very good and for later a little taste

My opinion is only about the pastries I found quite average. brioches with cappuccino and pink pralines are furiously lacking in softness and do not taste of characteristic butter. I also tested a dried fruit pudding that wasn't in lightness. On the other hand, the tradition stick is good. in summary a mixed feeling. decides the mania of the chefs to open who a bistro that a bakery is not always a success.

Die Vielfalt der angebotenen Brote und Backwaren ist beeindruckend. Die Qualität der Backwaren ausgezeichnet und raffiniert, eben Thierry Marx. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angesichts der verwendeten Grundmittel höchster Qualität angemessen und auch bezahlbar. Lediglich das Design der Bäckerei ist für ein Parisbesucher eher nüchtern und nicht überzeugend. Auch Punktabzug für Kaffee in Pappbechern bei Frühstück vor Ort. on price labels, the promise is beautiful. We think that by paying 30% more expensive than in another bakery, we'll necessarily have an exceptional product. But in fact not at all! after a warm welcome, we chose two cakes and two coffees. The cafes are more than any but sewn 3,50€!with tarts, they are almost 5€, twice as small as in the bakery next to but in no exceptional cases. We stay in basic tastes and nothing justifies this ultra-high-end product positioning.Bref, it was a first and one last. I will continue to favor the pastry at the bottom of my home because these products have nothing to envy to those of mr marx!

I went there a first time to discover the famous marx thierry breadmaki. And as I liked, I made several people discovering my surroundings who also enjoyed it.My favorites are tsukiji and chelsea. breadmakis are served in a pre-discovered roll in 2 or 4 following the chosen roll and are prepared in front of the customers. I also like the vanilla flanean (picy and creamy) and hot soups.What I did not like:- I bought a really delicious apple sock once with a good styling and apple pieces. another day, I took one but it seemed resentful and the forage was disappointing and without pieces (nothing to see with the 1st.) what great disappointment!- the staff is welcoming except a person who always...
