"I grew up on couscous and tajines, and I tried many places in europe, in North Afrique, in the Middle East, etc. the food was well suited to a European palace: I did not feel the famous shaved spices. the lamb is supposed to be roasted but was cooked differently. I understand that the restaurant is popular and appreciated, it's just very different from a Moroccan cuisine, at least in casablanca, fez and marrakech (and I guess the cooks know it)."

I just celebrated my birthday with a tipaza dinner. . delicious food, very nice and very helpful stuff, all in a nicely decorated restaurant. I completely recommend it!

I've never been to a place like this, but my friend went there (several times) and I'm glad he took me there. pleasant atmosphere (and interesting), good service and fascinating food. I had a tajine with lamb, tomatoes and onions. the lamb was a little soft, but the flavor was excellent and I ate every bite. I'd go back there without hesitating the next time I get the chance.
