nice eating and pedd, waitress was friendly and chatting, we were not rushed at all, although it was pretty busy.

a table for five of us booked as a birthday contract was the booking simply manager and the personal could not do enough for us will definitely be again very soon

On the whole the food was as you would expect , on arrival we were informed no turkey or beef this was 1pm , as we were leaving around 2.30 turkey and beef put out ..

Carvery is best standard I have found at any price. Both meat and vegetables are always fresh and hot. Good choice of non-carvery meals too. Service can be a little slow if the restaurant is busy but is always very friendly. Speisekarte ansehen

Very good value and plentiful. They can be a bit tight with the meat sometimes and on this visit a lot of the food had run out and not been replaced but it was rectified after a few minutes. Can't really complain for the price paid it is a good deal.

Downlands was busy. Long ques for carvery so difficult to navigate back to my seat as people blocking way. Service delayed as we had to wait for clean plates and seemed as of no member of staff had responsibility for this. Food was good as always once you got it. Arrived at 6.45. Sat down to eat at 7.45.

open table booking I have booked a table online for downlands worthing, but if we are there, the guy couldn't find my booking for 7 o'clock. we then had a waiting time while he tried to find it. that was confirmed on my laptop home before we went to downlands. we were then let through, but I guess because a waiting queue is behind us instead of finding our booking. otherwise, eat well and service. joan marlowe Speisekarte ansehen
