"I have booked Christmas dinner with the feathers as my older elders wanted to be pampered and deserved today. Moreover, the last weeks had been hard because my aunt had a cancer diagnosis and my mother recently came out of the hospital. Today she was the first time in more than a month apart from her stay in the hospital. we came to a pleasant reception, I booked the table for 5 but my tante was uncomfortable. mike and tracey were amazing and were really attentive to my mother during our meal. they went beyond my expectations to make their day as comfortable as possible. also another member of our party has special nutritional requirements that were sorted before our visit. they were able to enjoy a complete compliment of the 4 curs meal with adjustments that were very enjoyed. eating was nice and certainly plentiful in the did some of us could not manage everything, but we all enjoyed what we had. again the employees were pleasant at any time and it really made our day especially my mother, who felt comfortable and at any time. Excellent work and profound thanks to all of us, as today will make us a long memory of shade. happy christmas and happy new year."

"Popped in for a quick lunch. What a fab find. Very busy, will book ahead next time. Fortunately there was a spare table for us, others sadly weren't so lucky. "Came here for lunch with a friend I hadn 't seen in 30+ years. Small wait for a table, but shown to a table by a gentleman and given menus. He failed to explain that you have to place an order at the bar, although asked if we had any allergies, so we talked for a bit expecting waiter service. We both ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and chips this was £9.50 plus £2.75 for fries. The good came out reasonably quickly. The Philly was supposed to be brisket with onions peppers and cheese. Not much meat in it and oddly it had red kidney beans in it. Whilst not allergic, I 'm not keen and noticed that the "brisket chili was also on the menu. All I can think is they must use the same mix for everything. To me it was poor value at £13 for a sandwich and fries.
