Super Lage, sehr köstliches Frühstück und äußerst freundliches sowie serviceorientiertes Personal. Eine Perle in Potsdam. Wir hatten fünf verschiedene Frühstückskreationen und jede war fabelhaft. Hier stimmt einfach alles! Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Und das alles in einer Traumlage mit einem stilvollen Interieur im Herzen des magischen Potsdam! Great varied food with attention to detail. I've been there several times now. Whether for late-night Sunday brunch, a nice dinner with friends or a company party with colleagues. So far I have never been disappointed. The service is always helpful, friendly and attentive. The food is served quickly even when it is full. Drink selection good. The atmosphere fits in the old villa. Being able to eat in the garden in the middle of Pot is simply wonderful. Thank you for such a beautiful place with charm, taste and still down to earth. The Tomasa is a nice restaurant in a good location and with a great garden (especially for children). The menu is extensive and the food is okay. But unfortunately we had an experience that made us not go back to Tomasa. We were there in the evening with 4 small children and after ordering food it still took 1.5 hours for the food to arrive (despite repeated requests and admission that something had gone wrong in the kitchen). When we finally received our food, the kids were completely tired and we couldn't eat all of our food. Unfortunately, the staff reacted very rudely and unprofessionally and we didn't feel taken seriously or welcome at all. Too bad.

In fact, we haven't experienced anything like this for a long time. There were four of us, the waiter was super nice, always present and honest with his recommendations. The food was delicious, warm and served quickly, so everything was as it should be. However, one of us made a mistake in our selection; his food was perfectly fine, but not his taste. The waiter recognized it pretty quickly and offered a new one. Since there was nothing fundamentally wrong with the food, we wanted to refuse at first, but he literally insisted on bringing exactly what our fourth husband would have liked and that's what happened. Allerdings hatte einer von uns einen Fehler bei der Auswahl gemacht; sein Essen war vollkommen in Ordnung, entsprach aber nicht seinem Geschmack. Overall, our visit to Tomasa in Potsdam was a pleasant experience that had both positive aspects and some small areas for improvement. Right from the start we were greeted by the very nice and attentive staff who gave us a friendly welcome and looked after us well throughout the morning. The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice and welcoming, which made the stay comfortable. However, there was a small downer at the beginning: our first seat was quite drafty and a bit cold, which wasn't ideal. However, the staff responded quickly and easily to our request to move us and so we were able to move to a warmer and more comfortable place without any problems.
