Delicious food, and the specials board offered plenty of additional options to choose from on the lunch menu.

Despite having reserved a table the day before, the restaurant was actually closed for business and had been for a month. It felt like a complete waste of time, especially since we traveled 100 miles for a special birthday celebration, although we did end up with a surprise!

Went on a Monday and were the only diners bar plus two other tables Yet they were out of one their special and the house wine We then had to choose others Service variable but food was good Would recommend though they need to ensure that when quiet they are as good as when busy

Shocking service via staff apart from manager, lady threw the chips at us by error, a few waiters came over to say are we ready when we had a problem with the booking as they said we couldn’t have what we booked for even though it allowed me to book it on this site and they supposedly said offer not available weekends Speisekarte ansehen

Nice place for brunch, although the location lacked ambiance as there wasn't much footfall in the shopping centre. I imagine once the centre has more retail outlets leading to more casual footfall, the restaurant will benefit from more of an atmosphere. That being said its a nice relaxing place to stop after serious shopping

I made a reservation for my sisters' birthday dinner and traveled from Sheffield to Birmingham, eagerly anticipating our meals. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed! It was incredibly disappointing that the restaurant didn't have the courtesy to inform us, which would have allowed us to make alternative arrangements. For a place with such a reputation, I expected much better. There's little value in having a Michelin star if this is how customers are treated!

Haven't been here for a while after a couple of bad experiences (after quite a few good experiences .. was better, service was good except getting the bill paid which took forever for the card machine to arrive.. noticed another table also having to resort to going over to the kiosk. Starters were good.. tartar (although the egg was over cooked and a bit hard.. . Main courses were mostly ok, although I opted for the Tom's Burger which wasn't too impressive.
