Posizione veramente bella e ben tenuta, cibo eccellente, un crescendo di esplosione di sapori al palato. Servizio cordiale, disponibile e trattato in dettaglio. La simpatia e la cordialità del personale ti fanno sentire come una famiglia. Per tornare sicuramente!

Posto incantevole, anche se un pò un oasi nel deserto, almeno in questo periodo dell'anno. Esperienza che va aldilà del cibo, percorso enogastronomico ricco di odori, sapori, sensazioni quasi tutte eccellenti. Lo consiglierei a tutti, ma sappiate che poi sarà difficile mangiare in altri luoghi. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

On a wine tour through Campania we have stayed inter hotel next to this restaurant, so we tried our luck. The food is really creative and visually pleasing. Most dishes also tasted great. The Sommelière was also great and we had some excellent wines of older vintages for an exceptional price. Some of the cheeses that we selected weren’t that great and offering a simple baba grappa were not quite fitting for a 2 star restaurant. However, service and overall experience were great. Giovanni Solofra Chef dei tre Olivi al Savoy hotel di Paestum ha superato le mie aspettative, sapori intensi ed essenziali ben distinti. Penso che un piatto Michelin per uno Chef della sua portata sia sottostimato, una stella sarebbe più giusto. Tutte le Pietanze sono presentate con maestria ed eleganza in un ambiente dal gusto sofisticato ed internazionale. Lo scenario con palme folta vegetazione e fontane a filo prospettico ricordano molto Waikiki e Dimond head.... Quindi un esperienza completa che va dalla cucina di eccellenza agli splendidi templi di Paestum per concludere con uno scenario surreale che porta a Paesi lontani. Tornerò

I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with the tasting menue last night. When the deserts out shine the tasting menue your in trouble. The service and staff were excellent and I can't fault them but the food was poor I can only think to say one dish the lamb was good. My wife and daughter thought the octopus in broth was there best. Nothing gave me a great taste sensation and the bread what is that all about I've never seen so much bread. I don't go to a 2 star Michelin restaurant to stuff myself with bread. I've been to quite a few Michelin star restaurants so you don't think I'm just picking on you. As I said staff service and venue were very good

My wife and I visited Tre Olivi on our honeymoon, while staying at the Savoy Hotel. While this was our first two Michelin star experience our expectations were high. We had the whole 10 course menu along with the wine pairings and meal was blowing our minds right off the bat. It probably goes without saying that every dish and every wine brought to us tasted really great. What really made this experience special for us was the shere amount of carefully thought small details along with the story which the Chef and Sommelier were telling us through the food and drink. Having said the above, I would conclude that our expectations were met and exceeded and that this experience is by far the best... Speisekarte ansehen
