"Great service. Went this afternoon and enjoyed it more than words can describe. As you enter the place you are welcomed by a magnificent setting, a delightful manager 'Riz ' I think is his name. Sitting at any table you have a wonderful view of the workshop-like kitchen where you can see the chefs working. It was an excellent eating experience.. from walking in the door and being greeted. The desert we ordered was from the new menu and the lotus range is highly recommended. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The Treatz in Reading is a thoroughly excellent experience."

The Twins served me today and they where so lovely. They where full of energy and where so polite, kind and welcoming. I will definitely be coming back with the hope I can be served by them again

I visited Treatz in Reading on October 7th, 2023. It was a wonderful experience and I was assisted by Mariyam. She is a kind lady who serves customers with a smile. It was truly an amazing experience. Thank you Mariyam for your hospitality!

amazing of the service I received. a massive thanks to ben, his customer service was impeccable. he went beyond and beyond to get our food to us, due to a problem with deliveroo, (he thought this was the close, midnight) and he went to home. he is an incredible advantage for the company!

Took my son for a birthday treat. He loved his icream sundae. Staff very professional and friendly. They made his birthday Extra special with a candle topped, birthday message, cheese cake. They sang for him as did the other customers making him feel special. Definitely will be going again

Hi We were there today at this place for some desserts. Ordered a milk shake, ice cream and my surprise was Karak Chai, any Indian want to have a nostalgic experience for some very nice masala tea. Please order Karak Chai. They make it amazing. Also they have loads of sweet options and some nice coffees

eating was amazing and the service was amazing. the manager was so beautiful and the staff was brilliant. we have a free rehearsal of a new type of tee that I would definitely recommend. they even let her eat and take it home when they don't finish it. I would recommend this place 100%. they also do 25% discount, which is a bonus.

I ordered the delivery of treatz as a Christmas gift for my friend, and I asked if they could contain a note. they went beyond and beyond, decorate the note and make it enchanting! my friend was surprised and shortened that I had written the notiz physically, because my enthusiasm was so perfectly absorbed into her, and she was so broken because I am halfway around the world! thank you, treatz, people, for it! it has made us both days! also she has beaten the keks! it was gigantic and delicious! thank you!
