Turkvaz - Speisekarte

Went to Turkvaz last night. Did a booking by message which was actioned really quickly. Fantastic friendly and prompt service and really lovely food. Nothing was too much trouble.

Coming here on Bank holiday Monday we were welcomed with friendly chat and attentive service. The food is great and the owner checks that everything is as expected. Nice wine and reasonable prices.

Been meaning to try this restaurant for ages as heard some slightly negative comments, but thought we should try and make up our own minds. We needn't have worried as the food was lovely and staff were very friendly. Speisekarte ansehen

We went for a last minute birthday meal and was not disappointed. The service was 5/5, the food was just amazing. No grease or fat on anything. They really looked after us and I will tell everyone to visit and share my experience.

Ordered 2 chicken yoghurt kebabs to take away. Which we were really looking forward to having. Opened the chicken expecting chicken to be the biggest component and the take away container full of bread and very little chicken. Very disappointed especially as it was not cheap. Over £17 per kebab. Will not be using again.

This is a great resturant. We were recommended this place by a random person who we met and the recommendation was fully justified. Seven members of my family attended and were met by a fantastic waitress, who was extremely friendly, helpful and entertaining. The drinks were served quickly and the food was excellent, and plenty of it. If ever we are in Birchington again we will certainly go there again. Speisekarte ansehen

Ordered a takeaway, wanted to try this place out as recently moved to the area and there are many options in my area for delivery and takeaway. It was… AMAZING! Great value for money and the value was outstanding. Everything was individually wrapped, hot and tasty not slopped together! Thank you! I’ll be ordering again soon! First time I’ve visited this little gem in birchington. On arrival we were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff, the ambience is warm and welcoming. Food was delicious , we had the cold meze plus chips as we we only wanted a light bite. We had a few glasses of wine but had our glasses topped up courtesy of the restaurant. What a fabulous little place to eat, I’ve already recommended it to my friends and plan to return. Best Turkish restaurant I’ve been to.

We first went to Turkvaz 2 or 3 years ago when they had an extensive Turkish menu and it was amazing. They then switched to mostly pizza and everything was still ok. Recently, Turkvaz has dived in every area of quality. We ordered two weeks ago with the intention of the food coming before we had to attend an event. The food took over an hour to arrive on a quiet evening as it took the driver 35 minutes to travel less than a mile. Why? Because the old man in the blue Fiat 500 delivering drove up and down our road for 15/20 minutes looking for our house whilst driving up the kerb as he was on his phone using maps. I wouldn’t mind but it’s a perfectly normal, wide road and only has 6 houses!! F... Speisekarte ansehen
