Huge portion of fries and they are crispy. Not cheap at £30 for 2 burger meals and extras, but the quality is better than McDonald's. This Lancing shop is also much better than the Worthing one. I recently visited Uncle Sams for the first time. I downloaded their app and used the click and collect feature. The app was user-friendly and it was convenient to be able to select a specific time slot for pick-up. When I arrived, my order was ready and the food was delicious, especially the Texas Burger and toffee milkshake. I was very impressed with everything and will definitely be using this service again. I ordered delivery and it arrived 40 minutes late and completely cold. The staff was unhelpful and I am very disappointed. I plan on taking this issue up with the food standards agency and local food authorities as the food was inedible and unfit for consumption. I was told to call back in 10 minutes to speak with the manager, but they never picked up. I highly recommend avoiding this place and not ordering from here.
