Buone le pizze e carino il locale. Ottime le birre alla spina senza glutine. Servizio gentile ed efficiente. Per la zona, lo standard delle pizze è alto, ma potrebbe migliorare ancora. Da tornarci comunque.

pizza al coccio al 30 ° centro, molto vicino alla piazza fiera, nel cuore del borgo medievale di trento. ottimo servizio, menù di varie pizze e cucina che offre deliziosi piatti. varietà di piatti prima e seconda!

vasta scelta di pizze di tutti i tipi e impasti, pantaloni di vario genere, con goits e combinazioni davvero speciali e sorprendenti. pasta fatta per riposare 48 ore, risulta leggero e delizioso. altro forza le birre artigianali con ampia scelta. il personale è molto gentile e preparato, il posto ben arredato: le formiche di fabio vettori sono meravigliosi e intrighi il cliente. si paga un po 'più ma è ben giustificato dalla qualità

Vastissima scelta di birre di alta qualità da vari birrifici di tutto il mondo, scelta di prodotti di birrificio artigianali trentinivsempre diversa. Ampia scelta di pizze molto buone e con accostamenti molto interessanti. Consigliata la prenotazione, il locale è piccolo. Ampia veranda esterna, le sale al chiuso sono ricavate negli scantinati, di difficile accesso per le persone con difficoltà a assemblare. Personale gentile e disponibile.

On Saturday evening, I visited Uva e Menta for the second time with 2 friends. We had not booked, but the waiting staff offered us a table, letting us know that it was then booked and the time we would have had to visit they were all polite and friendly. Staff is also knowledgeable about their products they have different types of pizzas, a wide selection of beers and wines as well as tasty soft drinks. The service was quick and efficient. And the pizzas are delicious, perfectly cooked and with fresh ingredients. I really the fact that they have most traditional pizzas, plus some very yummy not so usual options. Highly recommended :

After ordering 2 different craft beers and sending one back as it smelt and tasted of egg, to have a very young and very arrogant boy bring the same beer back to the table and say that he has been drinking beer for 4 whole years and the egg that i smell is in fact hopps. To then hear the bar maid, also very young, say that we will be paying full price when I asked if I could have a different beer in a very loud voice across the bar, is unacceptable We also ate to wraps which were average at best. Paying a grand total of 35euro. For 2 sandwich’s and 2 beers (sorry 3 beers) as we were charged for them all, is a little pricey. Will not be returning or recommending the restaurant.

in un piccolo vicolo nascosto di trenta, lungo le pareti che proteggono la piazza giusta, si arriva a un posto molto particolare. un ristorante pizzeria che vanta le specialità della pizza al coccio. Che c'è? la pizza è ottenuta piegando i bordi della pizza, in modo da mantenere la pasta più morbida. personalmente sono un amante delle pizze con pasta croccante, ma merita sicuramente di provare questa esperienza! soprattutto perché sono buoni. disponibile con pasta classica, intera o senza glutine. il personale, molto bello e preparato, vi metterà a proprio agio in uno dei tavoli della camera ha anche terrazza . particolarmente raffinata è la selezione di 49 birre in bottiglia e 2 alla spina....

After the lock down, after their interior working of the restaurant, yesterday we went for the first time. I have to say, they did a great job. The internal decoration is great! feels like you are in Barcelona, with the modern art design, a lot brighter the inside part of the restaurant, and they made the space much bigger, brighter and much fashion with modern design art pictures. Always the UVA MENTA design decorations, they are really artists i have to say! all the staff are very careful of serving you, the menu now is contactless just scan the QR CODE you can see all the colorful completed menu, you can then order...everything is contactless and they really did a great job! both outside...
