Ristorante tradizionale a pochi km da Caserta, personale molto gentile e camerieri super professionali ma simpatici. I piatti riflettono la tradizione locale, i grissini eccellenti e la focaccia! Super apprezzati tartufi! Solo peccato troppo tempo di attesa. Servizio: Dine in

Avevamo sentito parlare molto di questo ristorante, ma, anche se eravamo nella zona, non eravamo mai stati. I piatti erano ben curati e cucinati con i prodotti tipici del territorio, alcuni dei quali erano cibo lento. Il servizio molto impeccabile: i camerieri hanno mostrato, in qualsiasi momento, attento e professionale. Raccomandato!

The most amazing food, very reasonably priced for its Michelin star, and with impeccable service, it is very much worth stopping by Ristaurante Vario del Volturno. It is conveniently 5 mins from the freeway in a cute quiet town on the way to or from Rome and Naples/Amalfi/Sorrento, perfect to break up the journey. You can choose between a la carte and degustation. We chose the €30 degustation which was just delightful, 3 courses plus variety of delicious breads, coffee and small surprises. Very charming waiters and extraordinary wine list, though we had the house wines by the glass, which were flawless. Could not recommend more highly!

Abbiamo scoperto questo ristorante seguendo il suggerimento di un nostro anziano ed esperto (culinario)zio ,il quale aveva un ottimo ricordo del luogo. Grazie a lui abbiamo scoperto un posticino fantastico. Una cucina ricercata ,prodotti selezionati e preparati con una maestria incredibile. Chef Renato propone piatti unici e molto particolari ,senza stravolgere e far impazzire i sapori ,bensì facendo sposare il tutto in maniera fantastica. In sala Ugo e Luigi rendono il tutto ancor più magico con la loro enorme professionalità ed educazione ,aggiungendo quel tocco di simpatia e allegria che non guasta mai. Consiglio veramente a tutti. Noi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.
