Restaurant was clean, staff friendly and food cooked to order with generous portions. Food was nice and not greasy. Will come again. Highly recommended.

Probably the best chippy I visited. Delicious fat but crispy chips, incredibly sweet and well broken fish. Beautiful shattered sausage and perfect curry sauce. What is not to like?

Ordering for a 1 year old with allergies, this was taken seriously by staff and we all enjoyed our meal. We ordered 1 haddock 1 cod and 1 scampi, all faultless and would recommend! We will definitely be back.

Great place next to Central Railway Station. At the recommendation of some locals I visited for a late lunch. Very accommodating being a Northerner I like my haddock skinless and well done. I certainly recommend it.

One of the few chippies I found that the cat suffers for celiac disease (gluten intolerance). Fish was amazing and the first to eat my daughter since the development of her gluten intolerance. They even serve GF vinegar- another first! Very cheap, so will definitely be back.

I had some amazing fish and chips all for £6.95 which was just right for me because I'm over 60 years old. Amazing price too. My daughter also had the same as me but a normal portion all for £10.95. She'd been there before a few years ago so decided to take me there. I was pleasantly happy with everything. So thank you

Amazing food, amazing service! Drove from London to taste her food, as reviews were really good, we were not disappointed at all! Fish was beautiful and fresh, crushed sausages were beautiful (not oily as some places). The sources were delicious. And her service was nice. If you're in the area, you have to try this place.

The food here was delicious, we ordered Haddock, Plaice and a cod for my child with chips. I had muddy peas and lice. The food was well cooked and seasoned, nice crispy battery, and delicious fish and the chips were also delicious. We loved it, great atmosphere and amazing location. The staff was welcoming, welcoming and attentive. It is located directly opposite the train station and the city center, which is convenient, and very clean toilets down. Totally recommended and will be back at another visit!
