I dined in for dinner and found the experience exceptional. The price per person is quite reasonable, ranging from £10 to £20. Everything about this place deserves a perfect score: - Food: 5/5 - Service: 5/5 - Atmosphere: 5/5 I highly recommend trying the Hot Dog and Brisket. The food was excellent and the service was quick. I tried the V ate burger, which includes a burger patty, chicken, bacon, pickles, tomato, and cheese, and it was delicious! I dined in and spent around £20-30 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5. I highly recommend the Pulled Pork Burger and Sweet Fries!

Ordered double cheeseburger fries and a milkshake. Cheeseburger was tiny, fries ok but a very small portion and milkshake was awful, didn't taste right to me. Certainly not trucker friendly prices £15.00. McDonalds is half the price and twice as good. Staff can't smile and order took ages, not for me. "My husband and I had an amazing 3 course meal tonight to celebrate my birthday. Portions were generous and lovely to see different things on a menu. The attention to detail and service was lovely. Although pricier than some eateries we felt the meals were worth the money and highly recommend Kirton Cottage. Definitely will visit again. "Had Sunday lunch here as part of a group staying on camp site. Service for 14 was very good. I had roast lamb which was served with a bed of mash, roasted potatoes and a large Yorkshire pudding on top. Vegetable selection were leeks in cheese sauce and a medley of red cabbage, broccoli and roasted cubed root vegetables. Very nice meal and very filling. I did not need the dessert but had already pre-ordered it. £15 one course, £20.00 for 2. Nice food and very popular."

"The food portions were huge, but unfortunately my steak was not cooked to my liking. The lasagna was a bit bland but still decent. The service was the biggest letdown of the night. We waited 15 minutes at the bar before being seated, and then waited an additional 25 minutes before even being acknowledged. It took 50 minutes for our food to arrive, and we were so frustrated that we almost left without eating. The waitresses spent a lot of time in the kitchen, neglecting to check on us or refill our drinks. Another table waited an hour just for their appetizer, so we decided to skip dessert. When we went to pay, we had to track down a server for assistance. It's disappointing because the food was okay, but the poor service ruined the overall experience. For a meal over £40, the level of service was unacceptable, especially since it was a special occasion. We left feeling awkward and regretful that we had spent so much money. We will not be returning to this restaurant."

"The Veterans Breakfast Club meets at this restaurant on Saturdays, usually for breakfast but sometimes for dinner and a quiz night with a charity fundraiser. The food is fantastic, the staff is wonderful, and the manager is supportive and hospitable. The team working here is great and we always have a fantastic time. I highly recommend coming here for a meal. The food is delicious and the atmosphere is lovely."

"We've been to the Chain Bridge three or four times over the last few months and have never been disappointed. The staff are friendly and professional. The food is always great with decent sized portions. I'm actually dieting at the moment so having calorie counts on the menu is helpful. I love that you can get skinny versions of meals too. This time I had a skinny pizza and it was a perfect meal for me. I got a half sized pizza and a bowl of salad which was plenty, delicious and very filling. My husband had a full sized pizza and was also impressed. I love that the salads are always beautifully fresh and crisp. I also love that I can use my Blue Light Card here. It means that we can eat out more often and share the experience with our family. This visit we bought our son and his partner with us. Both had burgers and said that they were really good. We were all full and couldn't manage desserts this time. The only small niggle was that the coffee machine was broken and we couldn't have a cappuccino afterwards. All in all it was a great experience and we'll definitely be back. Thank you."
