Si juntamos todo esto encontraremos las bondades de aquellas ventas tradicionales con mejorías estéticas de este siglo XXI. Codornices a la tarifeña, marisco, retinto o un clásico, simple pero efectivo... y que a pesar de parecer tan fácil como básico, hay que saber hacerlo como es: huevos fritos con patatas. Y mejor no empezar a hablar de postres. Por donde se mire, sobre 10 pues como que un 11 y posiblemente una de las mejores paradas de la región para comer como Dios manda o nuestro estómago quiera. Servicio de lo mejorcito, en la franja media de lo servicial y lo cordial, rápido y atento ... incluso en los días más atareados e incluso noches, con su cena, su tablao y lo que nos pida el cuerpo.
