"Lo abbiamo scoperto grazie al B&B dove alloggiamo. Servizio ottimo. Molto cordiale la ragazza.. e il proprietario (penso) molto competente e gentile. Cibo molto buono, porzioni abbondanti. Qualità prezzo ci sta tutto. Situato al centro del paese molto calmo e tranquillo.. abbiamo cenato all'aperto e la via non era trafficata, quindi serata molto piacevole se non avevo i bimbi troppo stanchi mi sarei goduta di più l'amari consigliati! Che ti portano con il caffè la bottiglia dell'amato che scegli servizio molto apprezzato.. noi comunque veniamo spesso per in qua e ci rivedremo presto. Grazie di tutto"

"great food and location, friendly and prepared staff I was at dinner at the verdant hostage one evening on Friday, intrigued by Peruvian cuisine, which I had never had the opportunity to try in the area. the food was great, they perceived the love and care of the chef. I wanted to try an Italian dish and a Peruvian to have a confrontation, and I was positively surprised and satisfied with the goodness of both! spaghetti in the drain were balanced, delicate and goose at the same time: among the best I've ever eaten, even in Italian restaurants! Arroz with mariscos (rice to the seafood was for me a discovery: I had certainly already tried seafood rice in Italian restaurants, but this Peruvian version is simply amazing. new, fresh and extremely delicious flavor. kept perfectly, with an extra gear. in both cases, the fish was very fresh. positive note also for typical desserts, never tried before but of excellent quality and exquisite. speaking of the service, despite the restaurant was very crowded, (I met about 40 people,) and there was only one waiter, was precise and punctual. no plate arrived late or wrong, always accompanied by kindness, sympathy and professionalism of the young waiter renato. he was very prepared and passionate about his work. more positive for the care decorated and recently restored, always keeping the rustic lines of a typical hospitality position surrounded by nature, with animals and so much green. also suitable for children. in conclusion, I highly recommend the air sprout to anyone who wanted to try a new Peruvian cuisine but also suitable for those who prefer to stay in Italian cuisine. who eat here, will find a great kitchen, impeccable staff and a wonderful location."

"Locale molto ampio. Appena entri ti assale il profumo della brace. Carni molto buone, succose, tenere. Il punto di forza è il personale. Ragazze molto preparate e cordiali che sanno consigliare bene. Simpatico anche il proprietario. Cena a base di carne in 4 sui 250€. MA, ed è una cosa molto apprezzata qui al nord, ci hanno offerto caffè e amari. Bravi! Consigliato. "Personale molto cordiale. Parcheggi disponibili a pochi metri. Tavoli fuori ma al coperto per i fumatori. Entrata facile per le sedie a rottele. Caffè buono. Ma sorpreso dai prezzi anomali. Esempio tazza di cioccolata 4€ !! Lattina di te a 3€!! Anche se dipende da città a città e sopratutto dal locale: le lattine o una cioccolata calda vanno dai 2,5 € euro nei bar più comuni e 3.00 nelle metropoli se ci metti la panna. Si va fino ai 5 euro ,ma nelle caffeterie più eleganti. Qua ci troviamo in un paesino di 12000 abitanti dove le auto ti passano a 2 metri dal tavolo,quindi lasciamo perdere l’eleganza. Poco consigliato!"
