Unfortunately, when we went to the lobby at 4:30 a.m. to check in, we were met with a noisy environment due to the televisions. This prompted us to leave immediately. An employee had to shout over the noise to assist us with the check-in process. I would suggest that the restaurant either turn off the loud music in the lobby or risk losing customers in the future."

Well having stayed here for 12 nights I can say that yes premier inns are "budget" priced but that is only if you book a loooong time in advance.

The dining experience was average. The menu had limited options. The restaurant was noisy, with TVs playing football games that not all customers were interested in. The restaurant was fairly busy with some groups. The staff worked hard and dealt well with some difficult customers who were complaining over something and nothing in a very rude tone and manner. This was unnecessary but the staff were apologetic and tried to resolve this in a calm and professional manner nonetheless. This did not impact our evening and the prepaid meal was outstanding. Overall a lovely evening with delicious food and attentive staff.

With friends on half board. Breakfast was excellent with good service. Food was good quality served hot and plentiful. Evening menu was limited we tried all meals and would recommend that you stay on this menu as the bar food we tried was disappointing, the curry had four small pieces of meat and was watery. The fish and chips were excellent and could not be improved. The bar area is very busy with football on all 6 tvs the staff friendly offered to serve us in the reception that was good.
