On the occasion of a birthday, a very successful meal!

We took the most expensive menus. A little disappointed by the quantity. The young waitress who served us didn't tell us anything. It would be nice to do it.

Excellent cuisine, inventive and charming menu, perfect service. Only small flat the music a little too present and deserve to be more subtle in genre than the French variety. The atmosphere of the restaurant can be enough for itself, or a soundtrack but the songs were too “radio” and not enough “neutre”. Excellent restaurant where we are never disappointed!

Great restaurant with a very nice view, just on the port of Rochefort. Service was very good! Prices were very good, especially the 3 course lunch or dinner for 31 euros! Good quality food, prepared in an open kitchen, on wood fire! Our starter with quinoa and pork cheeks pate was delicious! Their strawberry and chocolate and fromage blanc mousse was just perfect! The main course with lieu noir and the fried panisse lacked acidity and some freshness, it was bland and heavy. But overall it's worth the whole experience. Also their wine catalogue is very good and huge!

We went here because of the good voting. What can I say – it was a complete disappointment. Starting with a highly arrogant waiter, who utterly ruined the visit. Exactly the type of treatment who know from the Chevy Chase motion pictures. The meat – entrecote from German cattle was not even close to medium rare, but thoroughly overcooked and dry. Our reply concerning the food quality was simply ignored. Then came the check – with cocktails and two other positions, we did not order. As only a handful of tables were occupied, maybe it was the time for tourist rapture. BEWARE! Needless to say that we were approaching a zero-tip-situation. In total, a completely ruined evening.
