Absolute joke of a place place was empty told to come back in 20 minutes as extremely busy probably on line orders told them not to bother

I was never really a Chinese takeaway person until I moved to Redcar and tried Walnut Chinese. The salt and pepper chicken is unreal as well as the noodles. We are regulars now.

Waited 2 hours for food was told 1hour and half in it with driver another 30min later still nothing called back said left shop attitude stunk did not care one bit in end cancelled it 2 hours later and had to drag little en out at 9.30pm to get her some tea as she was past starving! Disgusting will never use again

Tried this place on recommendation having previously used min du in saltburn and ying can cook in new marske and was pleasantly surprised will the quality of food we ordered, the salt and pepper chips are fantastic however this service can be a lengthy one meaning that my girlfriend had to wait over a our to pick our food up! However we will use this place again just order in advance ha!

New to the area, so thought we’d try it. Food was delicious with generous sized portions really really tasty. We had special chow mein and chicken with ginger and pineapple with chilli chips and portion of curry. Some chow meins can be really oily and off putting, but this was not oily at all, perfect!
