Great food, very reasonably priced. The Waterhouse Lane Cafe breakfast never disappoints. Fantastic service, especially from Grace.

Amazing breakfast experience. Staff are the friendliest and most cheerful I have ever seen. They can not do enough for you and always have a smile on their face. The plates are full, and the teas are good large mugs. Highly recommend

We had our 25th wedding anniversary here and it was such a wonderful event. So well organised, we didn’t need to do a thing. The food was delish and the staff were so friendly and conscientious. We had a wonderful party would definitely book again.

Was visiting for the first time to this cafe yesterday (Sunday) and need to share what a joy to find a cafe with so many choices, nothing too much trouble, polite and helpful staff. Lady managing, tall and blonde, think her name was Michelle her team explained the full of choice menu with a wonderful smile .. I am diary intolerant and had so much choice.. First time for myself and wife after recommendation from wife's friend. As soon as you walk in there is a really nice atmosphere and a very warm welcome. The 2 ladies that served us were so polite and helpful. The 2 breakfasts we had were of the scale and possible the best breakfasts we had had in decades so from now on this cafe will be our first choice for a cheeky breakfast or brunch. Food is great, as ever no complaints about that. We go there fairly frequently. Went today for brunch with a friend and went to pay. They now automatically add a service charge to the bill, which is a recent change to their business practice. It specifies on the menu that groups of 6+ will be charged service, but no mention anywhere about it now being added for everyone, even couples or singles. They also still have a tips jar on the payment counter a bit cheeky expecting tips on top of paying a service charge. None of the other cafes we go automatically add this charge.

Arrived at Cafe at just after 2pm,three of us and one dog, had to sit outside as unfortunately they didn't allow dogs in. Wasn't a problem even though it was a cold day. Waitress came out and took order at 210pm,we got told no kitchen food was available as they had so many orders so nothing could be cooked. So even though we all wanted the All Day Breakfast menu sadly we had to settle with a sandwich. Food arrived at 230,was ok quality, rather small and basic but ok. We left around 3pm only to see many other people had been served breakfast in the cafe that arrived after us? We felt very annoyed and disappointed that we had to settle for sandwiches when others after us had been given the bre... Speisekarte ansehen
