Ordered a takeaway on a recommendation. Did not disappoint, meal for 4 fed 6 adults including two hungry teenagers!! One vegetarian in the family was more than catered for. Hot, tasty and great value for money

This is the first time we tried this Takeaway. The food looks and tastes authentic and traditional. We especially recommend the Singapore Fried Rice Noodles. Very tasty! Will definitely go back for more. A great discovery after a good number of years living in Swindon.

Ordered a Takeaway on the 3rd of March as right next to the takeaway and didn't fancy venturing out in the snow. When we received it, the chicken and beef dishes were dry and chewy. We rang to complain and the manager/owner brought replacements round these were even worse! No compensation offered. Sadly won't be eating from here again. Speisekarte ansehen

We order from here on a regular basis for home delivery, we usually order the same or similar dishes, they are always good and a prompt service. When we’ve given other Chinese takeaways a chance they don’t come near to Welcome and we always go back! We did have a problem a few years back and I have to say they were not keen to help or sort the issue out and customer service was poor. That’s hadn’t happened again though.

Ordered through just eat as we wanted to eat early and this was one of few Chinese takeaways open at this time. Ordered at 4.40 and was told delivery would be 40 minutes. Ended up waiting over an hour. Food was ok, if a little bland and tasted very GM especially the sweet and sour chicken. The pork chow mein had very little pork and far too much soy,the rice had that day old reheated texture. Not one I'll order from again.

What a delightful place. Charming owner. We had a great chat whilst food was being prepared. The decor is tasteful and attractive which gave the the impression that the kitchen would be clean and wholesome. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious. I threw a curveball when I asked for vegan and this was really well received, no problem at all I was assured, just make sure my requirements are announced at the time of ordering and they are happy to oblige. You know that old saying…if you are the only one in a restaurant there is a reason for this either you are the first customer or the obvious that the food is poor, in the case it’s the latter…….strangely this is the second time this has happened to me in the very same street. Chinese food is never the best the world can offer up, most if blindfolded would all taste the same, but what was offered up in exchange for my hard earnt money was simply dreadful, plastic containers full of grey dull watery sludge, with some strange long lingering nasty after tastes. What a complete waste of money my advice if after a hard day’s work and you do fancy a stack of containers full of grey dull watery slud...

Ordered a take away as a treat. Well, most of it went in the bin, it was something else. Firstly we asked for Choy Sum or Bok Choy (Chinese greens a staple part of any oriental restaurant there were none available). So, we asked for Broccoli none of that either!. So, we went for mixed veg in a sate type sauce. It was truly awful. The veg consisted of mainly sloppy overcooked bean sprouts with the occasional slither of carrot and mange tout. The sauce was disgusting watery and sour tasting. We also ordered chicken in a black bean sauce where the chicken was tough and the sauce again watery. The Beef dish was tough as old boots. Oh and to cap it all the portion sizes awful. I have no idea who...

I don't like writing bad reviews but I dislike poor customer service and poor quality food more. I ordered crispy duck and when it arrived it was was neither crispy or the right duck meat, they gave me a sliced duck breast! It was fatty and spongy with zero meat, just awful! I am no chef but I know the difference between crispy cooked duck and a microwaved duck breast ! Not what I ordered and to try and make it look authentic they chucked in a random bone ! It all went straight into the bin! To make things worse I tried to contact them twice to explain their mistake and failed to receive a response both times so I am writing this review, I ordered from Welcome Express because they are local...
