"the first time here and it's brilliant. phoned at 3 and got a table for 4 o'clock no problem. the staff is friendly and helpful, but not in their face, the accusation is great. everyone gets fresh water/glass on the table when they sit. eating was fantastic, I had fajitas coming with a free dessert option on Monday. I was offered full so waitress to box, which I ever dessert I wanted to take away, how great is that? The toilets are clean and well decorated, what much says about a place I find. can not be enough about this place rave and will definitely be revisiting."

"We ate here twice on Sun 17th and Mon 18th of April in this hotel's restaurant with great views over the Forth and Lundin Links Golf Course. On the first night we had excellent starters and then two excellent mains Daube of Beef and Chicken Balmoral. The service was friendly and very good. To us this was a 5 star award. The second visit the next night was also very good, but this night we had mains and then pudding. We actually switched our main courses partly because we were so impressed the night before and partly due to the fact it was the same menu. The beef was very good but a slightly poorer cut maybe, with the Balmoral the sauce was quite as good as the night before. Also we had a longer wait for our order to be taken and our drinks only arrived shortly after we started our starter! The dining room seemed a little quieter the second night. The Head waitress the Sunday night was very efficient and attentive. The puddings were excellent and pulled it back to we think a 4 star meal. Unfortunately there is no 4.5 award, having eaten in Lundin and Lower Largo we would happily come back here first when come come back on holiday. Not as busy as the Crusoe but better value and quality to us."

"Rooms: The rooms are clean, comfortable and complete with everything necessary. The bathroom in our case was small but clean and functional nearby activities: The sea can be reached on foot 10 minutes walk, very nice Food drinks: The property is equipped with restaurant/pub where we ate fresh scampi and drink good beer. Great service, all very kind! Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotels highlights: Romantic, Quiet, Kid-friendly, Great value"

"Edit: Had takeaway from here the other night and found the food, particularly the papaya salad, wasn't as good or spicey as it used to be.. I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, but sure hope they've not had a change in recipes (in response to the living crisis perhaps? or chef, as it'd be pretty disappointing if so... Hope they see this... What a pleasant experience we all had last night! Lovely food, lovely presentation, and friendly staff who went above and beyond for us. Absolute hidden gem this place is, and we all look forward to coming back. : PS: some of the food is so damn spicey. Please do not change anything hehe! Was fun seeing my scottish friends dying from all that chilli :D hehehe"

"I had always heard good things about this restaurant, but I had never eaten here until last night. I have been to various restaurants over the last few months, which have left me grudging the price of food for the quality received. However, I would fully recommend anyone to come to the Bonnybank Inn! There were four of us with two of us drinking pints. Each of us had a starter, a main course, and a dessert, all of the food was fantasic in terms of taste and quantity! For the first time in a while, my wife and I have left a restaurant completely satisfied with the whole night and happy to go back any day! We even took home leftovers!
