A lot of money spent on the refurbishment which will go to waste unless they up their game."

This was our first visit to the Witham Tavern, very nice Sunday carvery. Staff were very friendly. Highly recommended.

Me and my partner regularly visit on Fridays (Italian nights) and it’s a bargain! Any 2 meals and a bottle of wine... £20!!

Really good value carvery with friendly staff, nicely cooked meat and vegetables. Highly recommended and you could never go it for this price at home 2 courses for £6.95

You need to abide by the law. You run a licenced premises so you DO NOT charge for water. Thumbs up to those who reported this. £1.20 for tap water is a disgrace. Even 20p may be appropriate but any thingvover is taking : 'z

Lovely place,but should have bar meals and Sunday dinners.I had a steak very nice,but the presentation was awful,should have a side salad with it. A steak meal should have grilled tomatoes and mushrooms, with chips,they must change their service, or they will lose a lot of customers.
