"This is a very pleasant pub in a quiet area. It 's in Hamworthy, part of Poole. Hamworthy is mentioned in the Domeday Book but Poole isn 't. The Yachtsman is so called because it 's near a marina. It does good food, although I 've not had much to eat there myself. It seems fairly popular and is the 'local ' for quite a big area. Gets my vote over some other pubs."

I visited this restaurant on my first night in town and the night before I left, and I enjoyed it both times.

I have been dining at this restaurant for about 3 years now. However, in the past 6 months, I have noticed a decline in the quality of the food. It seems like the management is not quite aware of what's going on.

I went here the first night I arrived and the night before I headed home. I loved it both times. The first night I had the Tuns...delish! The lastnight I had the roast dinner. I chose chicken, it was great and I had Yorkshire pudding for the first time. Speisekarte ansehen

Have been going there for arround 3 years, over the last 6 months the pub food has beeing going down hill, the management really dont have a clue whats going on and the food well lets not go there. We used to go there every week for a family meal but now i will not use the pub untill they sort themself out.. Seriously wouldnt recomend going there for a meal
