"It's been a while since I wanted to test Yansai after I saw all the foodiesphere talking about it. And so for some addresses you feel the marketing operation, for Yansai it is a real plan of people who like to eat at reasonable prices. In a small room with open kitchen, you will eat on large wooden tabs. The gua bao chicken crispy I took was excellent. I rarely tasted in Paris a bao bread as successful: tender and elastic without being rubbery. Jumped eggplants are also excellent and very well seasoned. As for the service, the staff is pleasant and coming without being invasive. Anyway, it's a good one for Yansai! Gua Bao (6€ , fries (3€ , eggplants jumped (6€)"

Good product quality, the Bao burger are excellent especially that to beef, even if there are more fat than meat sometimes, it depends if you are lucky or not, pleasant staff, clean place, when you order at home there is no forgetting. Very good restaurant, staff is very nice and welcoming and dishes are good. Unfortunately the gua bao might be missing a little bit of seasoning (especially for the pig), moreover we found a hair on the plate of the gua bao, which was in the burger fortunately... The marinated egg was very good in any case, perfectly cooked. As for the prices I would say they are rather high but perhaps not excessive. We had 17€ per person with the dishes ordered in photo, which I personally find a little higher than normal for these dishes, but it's okay! The karaage was pretty good too, the spicy sauce to accompany as well.
