"First time i have ordered from here, it was recommended by a friend. Called at 6 10 and placed my order. Was told it would be about an hour. At 8.10 i called to ask where my order was. The gent on the phone insisted he told me delivery would be over an hour and continued to argue the point. At this point (8.10) it had now been 2 hours since I placed my order. I was then informed that it was just leaving to be delivered (another 10 to 15 mins wait) and asked do you still want it !!!! Even if the food us amazing, i will definitely not be ordering from here again. They 're ni6t the only place locally."

Great takeaway. Probably the best Chinese I’ve ever had, however the standard of prawn crackers is very poor as they are very thin. Prawn crackers are a huge part of my meal when I eat from yee hong with my partner. If this was to be addressed my experience at yee hong would be fantastic.

Tonight we had a delivery and wen we received it yes it was roasting but wen we tried to eat the chicken balls the were well over cooked the batter was Rock solid and u couldn’t even eat the chicken it still had skin on which too hard to bite and we did try to phone back but no one answered

We are fairly new to the area so are still discovering new things. We live in Muirkirk, so we thought we would have a little drive out to Strathaven see what food was on offer.Stumbled across this little takeaway, glad we did it was delicious. Lovely fresh ingredients and so tasty. Will definitely be back

Chicken satay was pink inside, right through to the middle. Called as my sister is pregnant and no one wants undercooked chicken! Said it was the marinade! My mum is a trained chef; marinade doesn’t go through to the middle of the meat! The meat was undercooked! Became very rude and had an awful attitude! Crispy beef was an inch think and not crispy at all! Awful service, poor food and rude man! First and last order! Won’t order again!
