Great evening, service was fast, great atmosphere. There is much improvement from my last visit, they couldn't do enough for us. I would definitely recommend. Food was very tasty.

We was a group of 10 people 3 of which were children,the food and service was very good. The 2 young males which served our table were very good they were so helpful and very pleasant. The food was all very good and tasty.Thank you for a great time.

We went to zizzi stafford for our anniversary meal. We had 3 courses and bottle of prosecco. Food was amazing and so was the service . Very quick. Elliot was very welcoming and gave us 3 deserts for our anniversary which were very tasty Elliot really did make our anniversary a nice celebration. Thank you

Thank you to everyone at Zizzi Stafford, absolutely love this place ..The staff here are exceptionally friendly and professional . We went for a birthday celebration ,party of 10 adults and children .The food was delicious as always . It was a great evening ,although we probably were a bit noisy ,we were made so welcome . Definitely return soon .Thank you all .

Lovely venue, lovely food and service, we had a very strange table set up for a large group and although the ordering system was very good, paying at the end of the night was very complicated and took a very long time, it was no fault of the member of staff, just the way the system seems to work. Will visit again, but maybe not with a large group of us or won't have an open tab for the whole table.

Service needs improvement, attended mid week, restaurant was not busy at all yet the one server was unbothered and borderline rude. Not very attentive and seemed agitated when having to seat us take our order etc. As it was a meal for my birthday it was a bit disappointing, a smile from anyone goes a long way but was clearly too much to expect from the young lady serving us. Other than that the food was good

The service is ridiculously slow, expect to be there up to 2 hours kind of slow when there is only two of you. We ordered the 3 course set menu, decided to order desert later to takeaway. It look 20mins after finishing our meals to get a menu, 20mins to take the order then another 15/20mins to get the deserts to us. The food is good though a bit overpriced, but if you have somewhere to be afterwards don't go there.

My Husband and I went into Zizzi’s for lunch. We hadn’t booked but this wasn’t a problem as it was quiet so we got straight in. We had the choice of 2 menus the main menu or 3 courses for £25.95). 1 of us chose the 3 courses as we wanted to share a starter and dessert and the other chose a pasta dish off the main menu. We were unsure about what the portions might look like for £25.96 but WOW! They were huge. I wouldn’t have been able to finish the three courses in my own. The main- Wagyu Meatball Arrabbiata was amazing. Really tasty and filling. I can’t fault any of the food it was brilliant! The service was also great. The staff were very attentive but didn’t rush us out.

There was three of us, me and my partner and my mother-in-law , we ordered drinks my partner and mother only wanted sparkling water. I ordered a large whiskey and lemonade.! They gave me bourbon “Jack Daniels” then we made the order for the food three starters mine and my mother-in-law turned up on time. The time we finished ours my partner had still not received his had to call over someone to ask him for it.! I had the calamari which is obviously in my opinion frozen just taken out of a freezer and deep-fried they correct can correct me if I’m wrong absolutely disgusting ! My partner eventually received his starter he said the same thing that tasted like it was frozen. We should’ve gone to...
