Horrible horrible service!!!! Delivery took 2,5 hours!!! Ridiculous!!!! When we called to cancel we’ve been told delivery will be with us in next 10 mins!!! Very poor customer service!! If I could review on negative it would be -10!!!!!

Booked for a family Birthday of 13 booked 3 weeks ago. Took 30 minutes to seat us, then another 20 minutes to get popadoms cold with no plates. Waited another 1:30 with no food , just eat come and go but still no food on our table. Waited for 2 1/2 hours with nothing to eat. Left with no food and very hungry. Speisekarte ansehen

Booked our table for 6pm after a visit to the cinema. A nice friendly welcome, and the service and food were excellent. There was a nice atmosphere as the restaurant was fairly busy. It is not licensed and they are happy for you to bring your own alcohol. Nice choice of desserts , unfortunately didn’t have time for one!

Been before with family that live in Stafford but didn’t find the time to write a review well this restaurant is clean decor is pleasant.The staff are nice and friendly and found them professional and all the food we ordered on both occasions was extremely delicious the portions were great and really good value for money we will return anytime when we are back in town.

Booked a table for my two sons and myself. The service was diabolical, it took 50 minutes to deliver some cold popadoms, and another 20 minutes for our main courses. The restaurant was only half full and there were six members of staff wandering around but obviously poorly organised. The food was very poor, the worst Indian that l have ever been in. Our pre-booked party of 4 was warmly welcomed on arrival at 1830hrs, and selected non-alcoholic drinks and main courses from the extensive menu. Both were served promptly, and were delicious, being tasty and well-presented. The dessert menu was also extensive, and everyone enjoyed their choices. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly, and overall an excellent experience. Free parking is available outside the venue after 1800hrs. Highly recommended.

Ordered a takeaway for the first time from the Island and it will definitely be the last. Waited for well over an hour for the food to arrive which wasn't too much of a problem. When we opened the bag we discovered that we had been given the wrong order. We rang the Island and were told that it would get sorted. It did get sorted over another hour later. The young lad who delivered both times had a terrible couldn't care less attitude. Will definitely never use this place again and will take my custom elsewhere which provides better service

I thought this was an average place the food was nice, prices were reasonable, plenty of parking out the front decor was nice, the girls serving were friendly and efficient. I had a mock-tail which was nice. They don’t sell alcohol here, but I believe you can bring your own. the only things I would say which were negative were that 1. It was absolute freezing in there 2. They constantly have ‘just eat’ drivers coming in threw the front door which a. Let the cold air in continuously and b. Was annoying because they then pack the orders into the delivery bags on the bar, it’s distracting and they should do this in the back and drivers use a back door. 3.
