"I've been in a while since the first and last time I went to dinner there. We were surprised and excited because from the street advertising we saw that they offered a vegan combo. Finally the feeling I left with was the opposite. To start, we'd like to ask for something to chop. We asked for some rolls that the waitress assured us that they were only vegetables, and on top he boasted to say that there was a vegan that was always going to eat them (which value! our surprise was when I opened it and apart from not seeing vegetables anywhere, I could not smell more of meat. We're trying to talk to the waitress that happened to us. Another waiter comes and tells me that's not a roll, that's a donkey, and that they were wrong. they bring us back the rolls “100% greens”. I open it (playing surgeons before eating is something we have to do many times because we don't trust what we have or not what we have asked for), and we find a different roll but again full of meat. The vegan combo finally arrives. several small and varied dishes, the truth that the paint was good, until eating one of the Japanese style dwarfs I notice to chew and in its flavor something that knew me like fish. exact! shrimp! we warned the waiter, again nobody makes us a lot of case until finally I get to talk to one and takes the dish. Turns the waiter and curiously they have a boy's internship and it looks like he mistook and grabbed the empanadilla that had shrimp instead of the one that didn't. Later they joined to dinner three more friends, and one decided to ask for the vegan combo to try (she is not vegan) and our surprise was to find prawns again inside the empanadilla. Of course all this that showed us was very little interest, very little seriousness, and I found it very bad that no one would take responsibility and all they did was blame the practice, because for that is the head of kitchen, to see what things go well. a failure can be made by anyone, but the 2nd combo again shows a lack of many things among them professionalism. ah! another thing that already turned out to us funny: the waitress when serving the drinks fell on the tray the bottle of a soda and what happened? that served only half of the soda left in the pot.. the literal half. I've heard they're trying to change this place, I really hope they do it and get it, but they won't see me around."

"so we can name our experience in this house. With a recommendation of this place, and the corresponding reserve, we are planted in burgos to enjoy a great weekend. tasting menu, which is the way to work in this place. Different dishes, with a little bit of everything. Aperitif composed of a texturized mussel and sweet cod bread (both riquísimos). We started with an oyster with mango sausage. At this point, as intolerances and allergies take into account, my partner will take the oyster for a cod in tempura with a souring sauce (exceptional two dishes). We continue with some roasted lechal lamb dumplings and their juice (flavor explosion in the mouth. for my partner, the best dish). Then, a shitake rice with a pato shawl (to enjoy it until the last grain. for me the best dish). It follows a nice pier from the north (it seems to us the loosest dish of the whole menu, and that would give you a note or a note, eh?)To finish the salted part, a veal carrill with a slope of the owner, apple and carrot (intensity and expressivity). The desserts, two, to finish the experience are:Petit suisse de fresa (very subtle and pleasant) and an apple trapntojo (spectacular). The experience has deserved a lot of grief. The service has been exceptional, as well as the tasting.Everything that this place offers, both its kitchen and its service are of Michelin star, but I don't know why, at the moment they don't look at any.I guess if you follow in this line, it will be a matter of time. To say that the quality/price ratio is really interesting. We threaten to come back, and that we don't live in the province of Burgos. Thank you so much for such a nice little while!"
